About Club
TIRUVANNAMALAI DEEPAM LIONS CLUB was started on 10th day of April 1995. From an original group of 27, the Club today has grown to over 56 active members. it will grow fast in upcoming years.
The fellowship and good humor we experience at our second Saturday evening meetings New social and business relationships with people from a cross section of our community The satisfaction of making a difference in our own lives and the lives of others The Lions of Tiruvannamalai Deepam meets every Tuesday morning at 5am to 8am for Girivalam and breakfast. We don't expect members to attend every meeting, although many of us make it a part of our weekly routine. Some of us, because of work schedules and time commitments, are only able to attend a few meetings a year. Likewise, we don't expect our members to work on all of the dozens of service projects Tiruvannamalai Deepam sponsors each year. You can be as active and involved as you have time for. Tiruvannamalai Deepam goal is to provide varied and enjoyable opportunities for service from which our members can choose, because being an Tiruvannamalai Deepam means giving time and talent to help others.
