Check all projects and committees the prospective member is interested in getting involved with immediately.

Thank you for working to grow our club with good people!

1. A Lion in good standing sponsors a prospective member at a regularly scheduled Lions meeting or event to orient the prospective member to the Club and its activities.
2. If the applicant is interested in joining after attending at least one or two club meetings, they must complete the LCI member application and the sponsor must complete the New Member Sponsor Questionnaire — both presented together to the Sun Prairie Lions Membership Chair.
3. The Membership Committee will review the application and questionnaire and make a recommendation to the Sun Prairie Lions Board of Directors.
4. The Board will approve or decline by majority vote (per By-laws) using the most expeditious means necessary (email, in-person meeting, etc.).
5. If approved, the applicant must pay Club dues at their earliest convenience, at which time they will be added to the Club roster and registered with LCI.

The goal is to complete the entire process within 30 days of receiving the application.
