Sight and Hearing Program

Our Club has provided eye exams and eyeglasses to over 1000 individuals in the last 10 years.  To apply for vision assistance, fill out both sides of the enclosed vision application.  Or pick up an application at the Family Vision Corner   223 E Main St.

We have also offered assistance in medical treatments and ocular surgeries with help from the office of Finkelstein Eye Associates.

We provide hearing exams and hearing aids through Darcy Beals.  To apply for hearing assistance, fill out both sides of the enclosed hearing application.  Or pick up an application at the Family Vision Corner   223 E Main St.
