Salvation Army bell-ringing: Each December. All proceeds go to the Salvation Army for their use to assist people during the holiday season.
Magic at the Mill (at Mission Mill Museum) - volunteer work to raise money to fund on-going programs and projects at the Mission Mill Museum, a preserved woolen mill.

Sight and Hearing Program. We arrange for eye exams, eye glasses,. hearing exams and hearing aids at no cost to low income residents of South Salem.
Support to Camp Taloili. A summer camp for deaf and hard of hearing youth ages 6 to 18 outside Stayton, OR. Decorate for Halloween and assist with Easter egg hunt.
Gales Creek Camp. We provide one scholarship for the Gales Creek summer camp - a camp for children with Type I diabetes. Members also assist in camp cleanup at the beginning of the season.
Children's Vision Screening. Annually, South Salem Lions assist the Oregon Lions Sight and Hearing Foundation in the screening the vision of all elementary school children in our service area - over 4,600 students.
Chemo Caps. Individual South Salem Lions knit or crochet caps for children being treated for cancer at Doernbecher Children's Hospital in Portland.
Bikes for Readers. Provide a bicycle to winners of the Bikes for Readers Program in three elementary schools.
Marion-Polk County Food Share Warehouse. Every other month, members assist in sorting food at the warehouse.
Financial support to: Wake the World, Honor Flight, SMART Program.
