BOARD COMMITTEES 理事会委员会
As Lions, our actions and service inspire others. We provide courage and a unique sense of empowerment to our communities and to the world. To do this, we depend on great leadership, and that takes great leadership development for our members.
Our leaders exemplify all of the qualities that make our members extraordinary: integrity, expertise, and a commitment to service. Each member of the club officers, board of directors, and its committees are dedicated to helping our members connect and take action to create sustainable change.

Lions Club of Singapore Clarke Quay seeks a mix of the club officers, board of directors, and its committees with diverse and complementary qualifications, expertise, and attributes.
The Board maintains standing committees to assist it in discharging its oversight responsibilities. Each committee performs its duties as assigned by the Board in compliance with the Lions Clubs International (LCI) and Club Constitution & By-Laws. The Board has also adopted independent governance guidelines to assist in affirmatively determining that a director has no relationship that would interfere with the exercise of independent judgment in carrying out the responsibilities of an advisor or auditor.
