Meeting Business:

This Saturday Ken Allan needs help serving food to all the Muzzle loaders club cleanup. Call Ken 509-830-8290 if you can help this Saturday.

Volunteer Park community service hours coming up soon. Will keep everyone posted on a date when we know.

Selah Community Days organization is order our club members shirts Ashley had the sheet passed around.

Glow Run Updates...
180 shirts are being ordered
The front of the shirt words will glow in the dark. Our total income is $5353.89. Our total expenses are a rough estimate as I haven't a total for the shirts yet but I believe that it will be a total of $2151.71. We have all our glow sticks and necklace ordered, we have our glow bracelets ordered, we have all our glow batons ordered. Shirts will be orders tomorrow but the rough estimate price is including the shirts. Our current club profit minus the 10% we are donating to the VA is at $3,232.18. I have online registration available until May 18th. Then paper signup will be available until 8pm the day of the run(may 20). If you have any questions contact Ashley 509-930-6034.

Repairs needed...
Entry signs are very bad and need some repairs done. Going to get some quotes for repairs then we will bring back for a vote.
