Procedure for Assistance with Eyeglasses

Adults, Non School Age Children and Children with No Social Security Numbers

Please call the Community Council of South Central Texas (CCSCT) at (830) 379-3022.  Please speak to Isabelle at CCSCT and set up an appointment.  She will determine need and eligibility for the program.  If approved for assistance, she will help you make an appointment with Texas State Optical in Seguin.

Children Enrolled in Seguin ISD

Please contact the school nurse at your childs school campus.  The school nurse will determine eligibility and help direct you to someone to get the exam and eye glasses obtained through the program.

Children Enrolled Outside of Seguin ISD
