On Saturday, December 4 the San Carlos Lions Club will host its annual Whiskey Tasting. The event is an evening of great food, great conversation, and great whiskey. We’ll have presentations covering the classic Scotch, Irish, and US regions with sample from each. Learn and taste the difference between blended vs. Single Malt, Scotch vs. Bourbon, and whisky vs. whiskey.

All proceeds (100% of ticket sales and all donations) will go to support the joint city-wide Rise Against Hunger event in January. The Lions Club, Rotary, Kiwanis, First Baptist Church, and other San Carlos organizations will combine forces to package over 10,000 meals for people in areas of food insecurity.

Our Role in the Community?

The Lions Club provides individuals the opportunity to serve their community.  Our reward is the satisfaction of helping others and the making of lasting friendships. As a group, Lions can achieve what individuals cannot do alone.
