Vision Screenings

The Russellville Lions' Club performed over 1,000 vision screenings in 2012 for children 3-5 years old in the Arkansas River Valley and surrounding area. The Vision Screening volunteers typically see an 18% referral rate for further screening.

Building Young Readers in Russellville (B.Y.R.R.) Book Cases

The Club awarded 30 book cases during the Pope County Library System's Summer Reading Program  to the top readers. Each book cases is made of oak and has a name plate with the child's name on it.

Come Run Like a Lion!

Join us for the 2013 Russellville Lions Club 5K

When: Saturday October 5, 2013, at 8:00 a.m.
Where: Bona Dea Trails and Sanctuary
Cost: $20.00 early registration. $25.00 after September 25, 2013.

Each early registered participant is guaranteed to receive a race T-Shirt. Medals will be given to the top Male and Female finisher and to the top three finishers in the following age groups:
12 and Under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60 and up.
