KID SIGHT PROGRAM:

Rose City Lions Kid Sight program is a club project that we are very proud of, This program  is a great way to catch a child's vision problem early. Rose City Lions partner with the kindergarten round up from the surrounding schools to do a quick, painless eye screening  for a child going into kindergarten and also  their younger siblings, if they are present. For the last 6 or 7 years we have screened over 60 - 100 children during each Kid Sight Screening. Each year 4 or 5 of those children are recommended to be seen by an optometrist for further screening. If the parents need assistance with paying the cost of further medical attention or if the child needs glasses-Lions are there to assist.
