Rockaway Lions Club supports our community through hands-on service, local partnerships, youth programs, and fundraising efforts that help people right here on the Oregon Coast.
Vision and Hearing Support
- Vision screenings, eye exams, and eyeglasses assistance
- Support for Lions vision programs, including the eye bank and Oregon Lions Sight & Hearing Foundation
- Hearing screenings and hearing aid assistance
- Lions Mobile Screening Unit
Youth and Family Support
- Support for local schools, including Neah-Kah-Nie School District #56

Our Impact
Through Lions clubs and partner programs across Oregon, these efforts have helped provide meaningful support to communities statewide:
- 3,987 children received eyeglasses through 394 clubs
- 1,198 white canes provided to blind individuals
- $16,697.27 spent in support of school children
- 475,318 free meals provided to those in need
- 12,617 Christmas baskets were distributed by 87 clubs
- $79,843 donated to welfare, civic, and community organizations
