The Rehoboth Anawan Lions Club was established on 12/11/1991.
We are a part of Lions Clubs International, which is the world’s largest service club organization with more than 1.3 million members in more than 45,000 clubs worldwide.
Whenever a Lions Club gets together, problems get smaller; communities get better because we help where help is needed – in our own communities and around the world – with unmatched integrity and energy.
Our Mission Statement
“To empower volunteers to serve their communities, meet humanitarian needs, encourage peace and promote international understanding through Lions Clubs”.
Lion members answer the needs of the community by tackling tough problems like blindness, drug abuse prevention and diabetes awareness; collect and recycle eyeglasses for distribution in developing countries; improve the quality of life in their communities by supporting hospitals, youth organizations and local community programs for both children and adults.
For the last 90 years, whenever a need arises at home or around the world, Lion members are there to help and Serve the community.
