LIONS CLUBHOUSE

The Clubhouse, featuring an unobstructed view of the Kanawha River, is located at the end of Main Street, in Winfield. 

Rental Fee: $75.00 per event

Types of Rentals:  Showers, Receptions, Business Meetings, Organization Meetings, Graduation Parties, Family Reunions;

Amenities: Full kitchen, NEW countertops, dinnerware, 8' and 6' folding tables, stack chairs, outdoor covered dining, charcoal barbeque pit, restrooms, paved parking, no steps, small grassy area. Clubhouse Seats 36 - 40 comfortably. 

Renter's Responsibilities Before You Leave: This helps us keep our costs down! 

• Removal of trash from the premises (bags will be provided)
• Damage to building
• Floors shall be swept, spills shall be cleaned up
• Tables and chairs shall be wiped off
• Tables and chairs shalll be returned to original positions
• All dishes shall be washed
• Kitchen counters shall be left neat and clean
• Heat thermostat is to be set on 60 degrees
• Air conditioning thermostat is to be set on 80 degrees
• Interior lights shall be turned off
• Building is to be left locked and secure

Prohibited: Loud Music, Alcoholic Beverages, Nails, Tacks, Heavy Duty Tape or Staples on walls, and Removal of any Artwork and Plaques.
