RECRUITMENT 2017
Pukekohe Lions Club are looking for special people to join us to help with our increase in projects and committments to service.
Pukekohe Lions Club Inc.
"We Serve"
The Lions motto is "WE SERVE" - people helping people - one or thousands, Lions are the backbone of a caring community.
The Lions Club of Pukekohe is asking local residents to take up the challenge and join them to continue to make Pukekohe a better place, welcoming input of new ideas, expertise and organisational skills from those willing to share their abilities with us. By spending a few hours each month helping others less fortunate than themselves they will reap the rewarding satisfaction that results from seeing the pleasure that others get from the efforts of Lions members.
The Lions Club of Pukekohe meets twice monthly, a Social Meeting (dinner optional) on the first Wednesday of the month, with, wherever possible, interesting guest speakers.
Then our work is planned & organised at the monthly Business Meeting (meal optional) on the third Wednesday of the month.
Men and women of good character over 18 years of age, who agree with the ethics and the objectives of Lions Clubs International, from all walks of life, occupation, race, nationality and religion, can become Lions members.
