Our motto is “We Serve”.  Lions are a global service network of volunteers that make a difference in local communities.  The Porterville Breakfast Lions is made up of community members that for over 50 years have been serving those in need.  We are committed to bringing the services of Lions Clubs International to our community.  Learn more about our club by exploring the links and different sections of our website.

Recent Events

Pulled-Pork Dinner

The Porterville Breakfast Lions held their pulled-pork drive thru at the Eagles Lodge on October 6, 2022. A team of members gathered to assembly and distribute delious dinners to ticket holders.  Funds raised help provide eye care and glasses for individuals who otherwise could not afford the service.

Porterville Museum service project

The Porterville Museum was established in 1965 in the old Southern Pacific Depot which was constructed in 1913.  The Porterville Breakfast Lions have been involved in several projects at the museum in an effort to maintain the artifacts it preserves.  Most recently, the Lions Club added a structure to cover the outdoor saw mill and forestry equipment display. Porterville Breakfast Lions Service Project from parks_leisure
