The Pooler Lions Club was proud to present the School Nurse of the Year  award to Elaine Loftin of West Chatham Elementary School.  Elaine involved parents in the vision screening with the Welch Allyn Spot Screener and has applied for a grant for her school to obtain their own machine.  Congratulations on a job well done!  She is pictured with her school principal and the Pooler Lions Club President.
