Pawtucket Lions Club Officers for the 2019-2020 Year
During the 100th year celebration of Lionism Worldwide, Lions Clubs were encouraged to participate in a Legacy Project to mark the anniversary by sponsoring a symbol of Lions Clubs in their community. The Pawtucket Lions had specially made park benches to present to the community. We were proud to donate four of these unique benches.

WELCOME...
We are so glad that you chose to take a look at all the exciting things that are happening with the Pawtucket Lions Club. We have a history (we were founded in 1924) and a future, but what is most important to us is the present. The men and women of the club engage in numerous service projects throughout the city and the state and our efforts have global ramifications.
In the past years we have helped a variety of non-profit organziations including soup kitchens and food pantries, mental health organizatons, child care services, after-school programs, arts programs, cultural organizations and camps. These services help the disabled, elderly, marginalized members of our community and youth. We are there where, and when, we are needed.
For many years we have committed to giving free sight screenings to every elementary school pupil in Pawtuket. We are proud to continue the Lions longstanding commitment to vision. We also support both a summer and winter camp for visually impaired children.
We highly value our camaradarie and have a great time at meetings. We meet twice a month . The first Wednesday at noon and the 3rd Thursday at 6:00pm. We also do a few special social events during the course of the year.
We would like to invite each and every one of you to give us a call, stop in at a meeting and join us. You will become a part of a dynamic, fun and determined group of individuals who exemplify the meaning of the Lions motto "We Serve". Please check out our photo page !
