FREE HEALTH CHECK-UP CAMP AT GAURIYA MATH TEMPLE

Lions Club of Patna Navya organized a free Health Check-up camp at Gauriya Math Temple, Mithapur, Patna today in association with Sri Sai Lions Netralaya, Patna.
152 patients were registered and 109 patients were screened for eye problems win which 42 were diagnosed with cataract problem and were given date for free IOL Cataract operation at Sri Sai Lions Netralaya, Kankarbagh, Patna.
Free Diabetic Check-up was done for 113 patients of which 14 patients were diagnosed for very high Blood Sugar which they had no knowledge.
130 patients were checked for Hypertension or High Blood Pressure of which 17 new cases of High Blood Pressure were found.
Besides this Dental check-up, urological check-up, was also done by the team of doctors.
One breast Cancer patient was found who was referred to Patna Medical College Hospital.
The team of doctors as Dr. A.P.Sinha, Dr. S.K.Sinha, Dr. Rohit K. Singh, Dr. Sunil Kr. Agrawal, Lion members Lion Gopal Panday, Lion Ratan Sarkar and a 18 year old volunteer from England Ahmad Sayeed helped to make this a successful programme.
