YEAR 2012-2013
1. Eye Donation Awareness Campaign :
This will going to be start with students of DAV Public School,Parwanoo on 30th July 2012 at 11.30 am. All the club members and Lions from other clubs are requested to be there on time.
2. Our club will organise the CLEFT LIPS operation camp in September 2012 at PGI,Chandigarh.
3. Eye Donation Awareness Campaign : ON 31ST August we will start the 2nd phase of our project at DAV Public School Parwanoo.
In July 2011
- During the month under prime project aid to elderly our club,s lion members has Adopted 3 Elders
1. Mr V.C. Sahai Age 73 year Retired person neighbour was adopted by Lion Sanjeev Aggarwal President of the Culb.
2.Mrs. Saroj Sahai Age 71 years House wife neighbour was adopted by Lion Anshu Aggarwal .
3.Mrs.Prakash Chawla age 80 years relation neighbour wasadopted by Lion Pooja Goel .
Our Lion Member visited the homes of the elder persons, taken some fruits and sweets for them. They disscussed about their problems ,needs and assured them to give help and best possible assitence to them.Telephone Nos were exchaged among each other.
- Under the Prime project Eye Donation 11 Eleven Lion Members of Our Club Has completed
Eye Pledge form during the month.
- Our Club has Distributed 10,000 pumphlets of message containing NO USE OF POLYTHENE BAGS thru newspapers and personally in the town under the Prime project of Environment awareness
In Aug,2011
- A Tree plantation project was done in Eicher School ,Kamli . Where 25 Plants were planted with student s and Toppers were hounered for the last acadamic session.
- General Body Meeting was held on 11.08.2011 at Hotel Park Inn Sec- 2, Parwanoo .
- Club Meeting at 8.00pm and General body Meeting at 9.30pm of the Club was held on 28.08.2011 at Zimkhana Club . Sec- 6, Panchkula.
4)Our Club has donated 7 Ceiling Fans to Govt. High School, Jabli and 3 Fans to Govt Primary School, Purla in association with State Bank Of India, Parwanoo On 18.08.2011.
5)During the month under Prime Project aid to elderly our club,s lion members has Adopted 2 Elders.
Lion Vineet Goyal has adopted Mr. B.P.Dogra aged about 86 years retired govt officer,
Lion Pooja Goelhas adopted Mrs. Sudershan Dogra aged 76 years retired teacher both resident

A team of Lion Member visited and spent half an hour at the home of the elder persons . They discussed about their problems ,needs and assured them to give help and best possible asistense to them.Telephone Nos were exchaged among each other.
6) Our Club has opened a centre giving Free Ayurvedic medicines for the patients of Kidney stone at Lower Bazar Kalka, which is being run by Lion Anand Garg . Free Medicines were given to the
100 patients during the month . The Club Has distributed Pumphlets in Local Newspaper in Parwanoo and Kalka Town carrying information of this massage for the knowledge of the people.
7) In ref to Prime project of Envoirenment awareness The Club has Planted approx 150 Plants and trees at Sector – 4 , Parwanoo. This Project was done by Lions Club In association With other N.G.O. s of the town like Rotary, Inner Wheel, Seneior Citizen, and Muncipal Committe Of Parwanoo. A sum of Rs 3100/ - was also donated to M.C.parwanoo to aid the project.
8) Our Club Organised a outing cum Picnic to Panchkula on 28.08.2011 in which approx 35 lions and their family member participated to watch the Moovie at Fun Republic, Manimajra and followed with family Dinner.
9) On 25.08.2011 Our club has participated in making a human chain of Approx 2 Kilometers in support of Lokpal Bill and Anna Hazare with the people of parwanoo and many other organisatins like Rotary Club , Inner Wheel, Ladies club, Industrial association, Citizens of parwanoo.
