NORTH PHOENIX LIONS CLUB SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM
The North Phoenix Lions Club Scholarship Program consists of four scholarships for $2500, which will be awarded to four senior students who plan to continue their post secondary education (including trade schools or programs). The award will be payable to the institution identified by the recipient(s). An applicant previously receiving the scholarship may reapply. Directions: Applicants are required to type or word process all of the information on the application forms unless an Applicant seeks a waiver from the Scholarship Committee.
