Caister Fete (Carnival) Planning is now underway for the summer and this year we have the added attraction of the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee. So this year, we are considering the June Event will be launched as a Caister Fete with the theme, ‘Queens Jubillee’, but more of this later.

The Annual Holiday for deserving people is being held at the Seacroft Holiday Centre in Hemsby. We are now receiving lots of bookings.

However we sadly lost our longest serving member, Lion Ray Jeffrey in November. Ray will be remembered by many residents as the organiser of the Holiday and the Trade Fair and his work for Lionism over 47 years.
