February 2011
During the month of February we will be using a new machine that Lions District 24-D has procurred.  The machine is called PediaVision and is designed to be able to do vision screening on children as young as 6 months of age.  We will be working at Patrick Henry Mall on February 5 and 6, providing screenings for the general public.  Then during the weeks of February 8-18, we will be travelling to various day care centers in the city to screen their children.  This is an exciting new project for our club!

For many years, our Christmas Tree Lot was a familiar sight to residents of the Hilton area in Newport News.  In 2006, however, Christmas trees became too expensive for our club to obtain.  Since that year, we have been involved in:
