President Alastair from the Lions Club of New Brighton passed over a “cheque” for $18, 038.20 this week to the Burwood Hospital garden project team.  The club raised the money through various projects & the support of the Lloyd Morgan Charitable Trust & are sponsoring the sensory garden build as their 60th anniversary memorial.
An afternoon tea was arranged complete with a cake representing the finished garden.
