Mineral Point Lions Club

We at the club are very proud of our history.  Founded in 1972, the club has been a big part of the Mineral Point community.  We want and enjoy serving the surrounding Mineral Point Area.

Our club building has some history of it's own.  One time Catholic church was built in 1906 and served the town for over 50 years and with so many people leaving the area we were combined into the St. James Parish. Taking on the catholic tradition in Mineral Point we try to continue to serve the needs of the residents in Mineral Point year around. 

In the spring we do an easter egg hunt, Summer we try to do a back to school party and give out backpacks for the children in the area that need them.  In the Winter we do our Christmas Auction in order to purchase christmas for kids and the elderly. 

As a member that grew up in Mineral Point, it is close to my heart to help serve those from my former community and the best reward is when the people let you know that what your club did really helped their family.
