The Lions Club of Milo is actively engaged in supporting the Milo Community through:

- Maintaining Lions Park in the Village of Milo.

- Maintaining the Hope Lutheran and O' Perfect Peace Cemeteries.

- Sponsoring the Milo Lions Archivist Fellowship: the development of a digital archive through the Milo Library Archives, a member of the Archives Society of Alberta.

- Supporting the Vulcan Regional Food Bank Society with a Canada Day Pancake Breakfast to raise donations.

- Undertaking the Milo Community Campout at Enchant Municipal Park: sponsorship, preparing breakfast on Saturday and Sunday.

- Encouraging Milo Community Growth and Fellowship with the annual Milo Lions Summer Barbecue the second Sunday in August.

- Supporting local societies and groups with the annual Milo Lions New Year's Eve Fun Casino: the Friends of the Milo Library; the Royal Canadian Legion; the Snake Valley Seniors Society; the Milo and District Agricultural Society.

- Supporting Milo Community School by sponsoring a Student Year-end Award and sponsoring various school initiatives to benefit the students.

- Hosting an annual Turkey Bingo to kick off the Christmas Season, providing the Milo School Council a venue for its bake sale.

- Supporting the local students of County Central High School by sponsoring student participation in leadership conferences and other events.

- Sponsoring the High River District Healthcare Foundation for $10,000 toward a new phacoemulsion system for High River General Hospital.

- Supporting STARS Air Ambulance.
