The Mill Creek Community Lions Club, is the club located the farthest to the east in District 25A. It is located in LaPorte County and is in a rural area about eight miles southeast of LaPorte. It was chartered August 9, 2004. There are presently 17 members, many of them being charter members. It serves the communities of Mill Creek, Fish Lake and Sauktown.
