Constitution & Bylaws

The Midlothian Lions Club has a constitution and by-laws that govern the operations and policies of our local efforts.  The club, district and mutiple district constituion and by-laws must not conflict with the Lions Club International constiution, by-laws ad board policy, which shall prevail in case of any contradictions.
