The Middleburg Black Creek Lions Club has conducted projects / activities / fund raising and other events to support the need of our community include but not limited to these:
- Annual golf tournment is the main fund raising event gor the club. The funds raised allow us to support out goals to "Serve The Unserved".
- Vision screening at various locations within our community
- Florida / Georgia football game food drive, all food collected is donated local food banks, All cash donations are used to purchase food that is donated to local food banks
- White Cane Day, this is a fund raising event to raise funds to provide eye exams and eye glasses forr the unserved in our community
- Provide supplies for the back to school project for those in need. Donations of school supplies are donated to the local project for school supplies
- Old eyeglasses collection, these are gathered and sent to the Lions Club International organization to be sent to countries where they can be put back into service with those unable to obtain glasses. We donate through our entities to leader dog and hearing dog and several others.
