3 members received the Richard T. Miyamoto fellowship award (presented from Indiana Lions Speech & Hearing, Inc. in honor of Dr. Miyamoto for his invention and successful surgery of the cochlear implant).

The three Michiana Lions were Tim Fizer, Verne Hixon, and Allan Wozniak.  They were awarded this honor in recognition of their service to our club and the community.  Congratulations! 

The Michiana Club also presented in the last 2 years 4 members with Melvin Jones Fellowships.  The 4 Lions who have been added to the list of MJFs from the club are Stephen J. Helmken, Allan Wozniak, Tim Fizer, and Jamie Miller.  Congratulations to these very deserving Lions.
