Scholarship Application
THE MERIDEN LIONS CLUB WILL BE AWARDING FIVE (5) $2,000 SCHOLARSHIPS TO HIGH SCHOOL SENIORS WHO RESIDE IN MERIDEN.
APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Application forms (writable) can be obtained on-line by accessing: Meriden Lions Club - Lions e-Clubhouse. (HERE)
Please download and then type in your responses. HANDWRITTEN FORMS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED!
2. Please answer all questions as completely and accurately as you can.
3. Include your most current high school transcript, along with your SAT scores, and a typed copy of your common app. essay or college essay with this application.
4. Completed applications must be submitted by April 1st 2024, to: Your School Guidance Department (if you are a high school student in Meriden), or Brian T. Mahon,
