Looking for information to rent the Melcher-Dallas Community Center? Look no further...  

Our prices start out at $125 for a half day rental (4 hours) or rent all day Midnight to 11:59pm for $200  If you are having alcohol during your event there is and additional fee $100, PLIUS you MUST provide proof of insurance.  Call for more information!

A $100 (Returnable) DEPOSIT is REQUIRED!

We do offer a varity of packages of different "Frills and Thrills" plus we can even do the clean up for you at a smsll additional price. Call for more details

ALL RENTALS ARE ON A FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE BASIS;  And is subject to calendar availablty.

The Community Center is offered free of charge to non-profit organizations, churches, city funtions, funeral and/or funeral dinners, benniftes fundraisers for local residents and other events approved by the M-D Lions Club / Community Center Board of Directors.  ALL FREE EVENTS must be requested at least two weeks in advanced and be apporved by the Board of Directors.  In most cases the $100 deposit is also waived.  There is to be NO ALCOHOL during these free events!
