The Maumelle Lions Club meets at the Jess Odom Community Center.
Aluminum cans are recycled to raise funds for charitable contributions. The drop-off is located behind the Kroger store at South Odom and Maumelle Boulevard. Please only place ALUMINUM cans. No steel food cans, cat food cans, or other metals can be recycled through us.
Eyeglasses are collected so they can be matched to patients who need them in underserved communities worldwide. We collect the glasses and mail them off to Lions International for Processing.
A yellow drop box is located at the east end of the Kroger parking lot next to the Big Brothers/Big Sisters donation box.
Eyeglasses are also collected at the following locations in Maumelle:
- Arkansas Eye Care Group
(Dr. David Manning) - Counting on Each Other
- Kroger (at the customer service desk)
- Maumelle Center on the Lake
- Maumelle Community Center
- Maumelle Eye Care
(Dr. Derek Long) - Maumelle Public Library
