Our Club is celebrating the 60th Anniversary of our founding in 2024! Join us for a special celebration on Tuesday, May 7 at Joseph's Grill, 140 Wabasha St. S. in St. Paul. Lots of Lions dignitaries and the Mayor of Maplewood will be on hand. See historical displays and photos from the Club's early days. Tickets, including a buffet dinner, are just $25. Our monthly Business Meeting is Tuesday, April 16 at 7 p.m. Join us at the Villages on McKnight, 177 McKnight Road N, St. Paul, MN 55119. 

The 8th Annual Maplewood North Lions Plant Sale takes place May 9 - 12 at the intersection of Inwood & Stillwater Blvd in Lake Elmo (8592 Ironwood Trail N). Stop by to purchase quality plants and flowers from Zwiec's, a family-owned garden center located in Cottage Grove. All proceeds go back into helping the local community. Hours: Thursday 12 - 5 p.m.; Friday 12 - 6 p.m.; Saturday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.; Sunday 8 a.m. - 3 p.m.

Our Lions will be on hand for the District Community Day of Service on April 6 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Historic Furber Farm in Cottage Grove. We'll be helping with hands-on projects for Ramsey, Washington and Dakota Counties.  

Our next Joy Park Neighborhood Preserve monitoring will take place  on Saturday, April 13. Join us for a pleasant nature walk and the rewards of assuring this public treasure is clean and safe. We gather at 10 a.m. in the Joy Park parking lot across the street from the Preserve.

We collect used eyeglasses! They are truly the "gift of sight" to people in third world countries. In fact, we collected 4,375 pairs last year! If you've got old eyeglasses to contribute, drop them in a collection box at your local optical shop or call any Lion!
