November 19, 2017 - Diabetes & Blood Pressure Screening and Skin Camp at our Health Centre. About 350 people screened and provided free medicines. Kudos to our Dr. Karthik and Dr. Prasad Rau and the support staff and last but not the least our Lion Members present.

November 18, 2017 - Annual Scholarship Distribution Function at the MOP Vaishnav College for Women.  Chief Guest was a young achiever Ms Sameena Chatrapathy, Advocate. 151 students from Schools and Colleges were awarded scholarships totalling about INR 750000.00

October 26, 2017 - An Evening of Music by Pramod Nair, Usha and Ram - Old and new songs in Hindi and Tamil were performed and Members present enjoyed the evening of song, dance and lots of prizes and of course sumptuous food!

August 15, 2017 - Flag Hoisting and Breakfast meeting at our Health Centre. President requested LL Kausalya Appukutty to hoist the tricolour. A hearty breakfast was arranged for members and our staff by Dr. U. Prasad Rau.

July 27, 2017 - Guest Speaker Dr. Fharzana Siraj addressed our Members on Yoga Therapy and how Yoga can be used to cure and not to endure. Members present got an insight into Yoga Therapy  by an audio visual programme and the meeting concluded with a lively question answer session followed by a sumptuous dinner. Our newly installed Zone Chairman MJF Lion V.Ravishankar was honoured on this occasion. A big "Thank You" to all who attended and for those of you who missed it...
