The Flyer/Contract is attached along with the map of the Madison Green. Please print out this agreement and return the completed lower section to us with your check. We will confirm your reservation promptly by e-mail. We are notifying you both by e-mail and US Postal Service. If your address has changed, please give us full details when responding. The winner of the 2008/2009 Peace Poster Contest went on to win District!
The 2009/2010 winner won District and State! . . . and has since been ranked Nr. 23 in the International competition!! (SEE THE WEB PAGE "Our Peace Posters")
The Peace Poster Contest for 2011/2012 is under way. Awards date not yet known. (By the way, the 2009/2010 winner, Miss Choiwing Yeung at Polson Middle School, has won the 2010/2011 Madison contest again).
The "Be Thankful That You Can See" Mail Campaign:
A high school student is selected for this honor by faculty, and her/his eyes are photographed and mailed throughout the town: envelope stuffing has taken place on October 12, 2011; for this years' eyes and her/his owner, click: lionwap.org/eclub/sites/MadisonCT/page-9.php and there open "The Madison Lion, vol.10 issue 1" by cklicking "Lion 101" on top of the page.
