Antique Tractor & Gas Engine Show – After 37 years under sponsorship of the Lone Oak Lions Club, the Antique Tractor & Gas Engine Show, beginning in 2016 this event is now sponsored by the McCracken County FFA and Alumni Association and the Purchase Area Antique Tractor Club.

Benefit Golf Scramble - this event is held in June at Paducah's Paxton Park and is our major fund raiser for the year. Participation in this event is available as a team, hole sponsor or corporate sponsor.

Candy Day – Once each year Lone Oak Lions are seen at Banks Supermarket in Lone Oak as members hand out candy and accept donations. Proceeds are split between Kentucky Lions Eye Foundation and the club’s charity account.

Display Flags - Every Memorial Day, July 4, Labor Day and Veterans Day Lone Oak Lions make sure American Flags are flying along Lone Oak Road in Lone Oak.

Martha's Vineyard Ham Breakfast – For 30 years Martha's Vineyard has fed the hungry in Paducah and McCracken County. This benefit breakfast, held in the fall of each year helps support Martha's efforts. 

Sight Projects - In 1925 Lions accepted Helen Keller's challenge to be "Knights of the Blind". Every year, throughout the year, Lone Oak Lions collect hundreds of used eyeglasses. These glasses are cleaned, processed and sent to those in need in the US and throughout the world. In addition, on a case by case basis, needy individuals may obtain free eye exams and eyeglasses. The club may also refer individuals to the Kentucky Lions Eye Center in Louisville.

KidSight - ​Lone Oak Lions provide eyes creening to pre-school age kids in the area through Lions International's KidSight program. Many sight problems can be corrected if they are identified and treated when children are pre-school age or even younger.
