Linda Lions proudly provides eyecare and eyeglasses to the area's neediest children and other people in need of eyecare and eyeware, vision being Lions International's most popular public and well-known assistance program.  Working with numerous public agencies, schools, and organizations, Linda Lion's eyecare program provides both eye examinations and eyeglasses through the Peachtree Clinic in Linda.

Throughout the year, Linda Lions runs a variety of fundraisers to ensure that there are sufficient funds to help pay for eyeglasses and examinations for our community's most financially and medically needy.  Some of these events can be seen by clicking on the Club Projects link on the navigation menu on the left side of this page.

The program provides a complete eye examination and basic eyeglasses.  If you or someone you know in the Linda area is direly in need of eyecare and/or eyeglasses, please contact the Linda Lions Eyeglasses Committee Chairperson, Grant Harrison, at (530) 415-6257.  Applications for assistance may be downloaded below from the following links.

Please note that assistance is limited to one pair of BASIC eyeglasses, as well as a full examination by an eyecare professional.  Any other considerations must be negotiated between recipient and provider at their own expense.
