1.The Club BOD planned to have the President's Investiture on the 14th November 2010, subject to clearance of all vital statistics.

Members were urged to give maximum support towards the successful investiture of the President, says Lion Peter Salami - Planning Committee Chairperson.

All other club projects were put on hold.

2. Special Olympics Nigeria National Games @ Unilag Lagos

This event opens on Sunday 12th Sept through Wednedsay 15th Sept. 2010, when the closing was attended by the President Lion Alhaji Wale Ogunsesan and the Immediate Past District Governor - Lion Chris Ade Akinremi

The event witnessed people with physical challenges engaged in athletes and winning laurels. They were beaming with smiles as if nothing was wrong. What a paradox?. 

They won prizes ranges from Gold, Silver and Bronze.

There were 32 atlhletes out of the 200 athletes that were elected to represent Nigeria in the World Olympics in Athens  Greece in June 2011.

One of the Director - Lion Engr. Charles Akindayomi rendered the vote of thanks.

The event was very rewarding and it is an involvement that bring smiles on the faces of the needy.
