Our club holds an annual Medical Mission which consists of Medical, Vision and Diabetes Screening to an underserved community.  

Last year, April 27, 2011,  we held our Medical Mission in Bangui, Ilocos Norte, Philippines.  We distributed over 500 reading glasses and 50 prescription glasses.  We examined 180 adults and childrend and provided medications such as antibiotics, vitamins, pain and anti-diarrheal medications with the assistance of a volunteer physician and nurses.  We screened over 60 adults for diabetes and helped refer 6 individuals for further evaluation and treatment.  It was another successful medical mission thanks to the cooperation of the local government, our members, volunteers and friends of the club.  

We hope to achieve another successful medical mission in this coming year.
