Landmark projects of Kurunegala Lions Club include Waiting Hall for patients, Intensive Care Unit, Eye Operation Theatre & ward at Teaching Hospital, Kurunegala.

Intensive Care Unit, constructed  with assistance from L/C of Brighton, Australia & L/C of Stenlose, Denmark. Completed in 1979.          

Sight First Eye Operation Theatre & Ward constructed in 1997-98 with  LCIF grant.   

Vocational Training Centre for the disabled under construction with  LCIF grant
