Lion Emil and Lion Diane Wasniewski received a certificate from Director Sandra Curtis, and Officer Gary Anderson of the Kronenwetter Police Department recognizing a recent acquisition and contribution towards defibrillators for Kronenwetter squad cars.

At the June 27, 2011 Village Board Meeting, the Kronenwetter Lions Club presented the police department with a $500 check to assist in improving and adding additional evidence related equipment.
