              Let me first of all express my boundless happiness in addressing you through this " Newsletter". It was our beloved Governor Ln  Ipe Thomas MJF who first mooted the idea of a Newsletter from the President to all members in order to communicate and share the thoughts and views with them.Accordingly, this concept was incorporated in the contest rules. You will therefore getting this Newsletter every month throughout this year.
