Rules and Regulations

 

1. Tickets are payable by $150.00 cash, cheque or E-transfer.

2. Purchaser must be 18 years of age or older.

3. Members of the Lions Club of Kemptville and their household members are not eligible to purchase tickets.

4. 300 Tickets will be printed.

5. Tax & Service Charges are included when indicated as part of the Trip description.

6. Draws are made on the second Monday of each Month.  In the event this date fall on a statutory holiday, the draw will take place on the next business day.

7. Winning Tickets are returned to the draw.

8. Trips must commence within 365 days of draw date.

9. Travel vouchers are redeemable only at Gravitate Travel, 275 Sanders Street Unit 201A, Kemptville, Ont.  K0G 1J0  (613) 258-7753

10. If the trip designated is not taken, a travel voucher for the value of the trip will be awarded.

11. All travel vouchers are valid from the date of draw.

12. No cash surrender value for trip/trade vouchers.

13. Prizes are transferable only prior to booking.

14. All bookings are tentative and are subject to change and availability.

15. Proper travel identification (E.G., passports), travel insurance, VISA, medical and any other travel requirements are the responsibility of the winner.

16. No insurance whatsoever is included in the prizes.

17. Any expenses incurred above the predetermined value of the trip are the responsibility of the draw winner.

18. Predetermined value of the prize will remain in force if trips are taken during peak travel periods.

19. Winners will be contacted by phone and agree to have their name and photo published.  

20. All contest winners are required to sign a release form before a prize is awarded.

21. In case of dispute, all decisions by the Lions Club of Kemptville will be final.
