Local
- Assist school nurses with vision screening.
- Backpadk project in which four families, selected by the counselor at Stewart. Elementary, are provided with groceries to assist with food shortages.
- Provide school supplies for the teachers at Stewart Elementary
- Provide the nurse at Stewart Elementary with clothing in case a student needs a change of clothes while at school.
- Provide funds to the Stewart Elementary school nurse memberships for Texas School Nurses Organization and the National Association of School Nurses (NASN). NASN membership entitles nurses to issue gift certificates to eligible children for free eyecare services through the VSP Sight for Students program.
- Assist the city of Kemah with events such as the Easter Egg Hunt, Trunk or Treat, Christmas tree lighting. Pancakes with Santa and other activities when requested.
- Assist local residents with vison screening and assist with eye glasses when needed.

- Texas Lions Camp - Residential camping facility free for children with physical disabilities, type 1 diabetes and cancer.
- Lions District 2-S4 Projects - Includes Lions Eye Bank of Texas, Leader Dogs for the Blind, and Opportunities for Youth - Scholarships
National and International
- Lions Clubs International Foundation - Supports and develops international humanitarian programs that serve people in need, including preserving sight (SightFirst) and providing disaster relief.
