COMMUNITY SERVICE:
Bi-Annual Adopt-A-Stream. This Lions Club has adopted Bellevue Creek in the City of Kelowna, from Lakeshore Road to Gordon Drive as its responsibility to clean up, twice annually, in conjunction with city wide efforts at keeping streams clean.
Seniors' Retirement Homes - help in serving breakfasts and barbecue lunches as well as assisting in bingo.
Financial assistance at the Central Okanagan Food Bank.
Salvation Army Christmas Kettle Campaign - assist in manning Christmas Kettles.
Okanagan Mission Community Hall - sit on managing board, assist with breakfasts for Santa Breakfast at Christmas and Easter Pancake Breakfast at the Easter Egg Hunt.
PROJECTS:
Collect used eyeglasses at many selected locations in Kelowna, generally wherever eyeglasses are dispensed.
