Keizer Lions Sight & Hearing Assistance 

The Keizer Lions Club works with the Oregon Lions Sight & Hearing Foundation as well as local providers to provide assitance for those in need who qualify. Assistance and eligibility is based on financial and residency requirements, access to insurance and club funds. 

If you or someone you know is in need of vision or hearing assistance, please complete the Get Help form located at the Oregon Sight & Hearing Foundation website. Your application will be forward to the club closest to you. You may be asked to provide additional information about your income, montly expenses, family size, insaurance and other programs that help you. 

How to apply for assistance with vision and hearing support: 
1. Complete the Get Help form online or pick up a paper application from the club the second weekend of every month during our flea market. 
2. The Keizer Lions Club will review your application, then let you know if your application has been approved or declined. 
3. Applications will be reviewed once a month.
