The Kalamazoo Westside Lions Club working on a service project in Bronson Park.
Our club was chartered on May 15th, 2002. We currently have 15 members. We are a part of District 11 B-2 which encompasses southwest Michigan (Van Buren, Berrien, Cass, St. Joseph and Kalamazoo counties). We are in Zone 2, which encompasses KalHaven, Kalamazoo Westside, Lawrence, Paw Paw, Mattawan and Lawton Lions Clubs.
We help support: Leader Dogs for the Blind, Eversight, Lions Club International Foundation, Lions of Michigan Service Foundation, All State Band, Diabetes Foundation, Bear Lake Camp and Project KidSight.
We are not federally funded, and have limited funds. The eyeglasses that we collect go to help people in third world countries. Please put used hearing aids in our eyeglass boxes also. We have collected over 3,000 pair of eyeglasses. Please click on our Club Projects page to see where our eyeglass boxes are located.

They are dedicated to the improvement of the quality of life of people in Michigan with unmet needs, and deliver services aimed at helping children and adults with sight and hearing deficiencies excel in school, retain employment and maintain self-sufficiency.
Lions Clubs International is the world's largest service club organization with more than 1.4 million members in approximately 46,000 clubs in more than 200 countries and geographical areas around the world.
