Safety kits of Covid-19 

Jhelum Public Lions Club arranged to donate safety kits of Covid-19 for those who is serving a painful duty in health profession of quarantine center Jhelum. Chief Guest Lion Dr. Zaheer Ahmed Zone Chairperson, Chairmen Health and Care Committee Jcc&i and also chairmen of Haadi Homeopathic Medical College Jhelum hand over these kits to Dr. Masood Ahmed DDHO Jhelum in Quarantine Center

As u know the country is under critical condition due to the crona virus. Regarding to that Today Jhelum Public Lions club distributes precautions awareness brochures about *COVID-19 Corona Virus with the* help of Civil defence team in public area of *Chock Shandar and Mohamdi Chock Jhelum.* Distribute 1000 safety brochures in people of urban area

Free Dispensary

An *inaugural ceremony* of the Free Dispensary is held in Machine Mohallah No. 3 Jhelum at 10:00am from *Jhelum Public Lions Club*, under the aegis of Shouqat Memorial Welfare Trust Jhelum. The Program started as the chief guest *Lion Arif Khawar Butt* (DG) and other dignitaries arrived at the premises on 10:05am. Whereas **1st VDG Lion Arshid Mehmood, PDG Lion Ashiq Dar and ZC Lion Dr. Zaheer Ahmed **was the guest of honour on the occasion.

Hunger Reliefe  Program 

Jhelum Public Lion Club (133439) held the Hunger Relief Activity for Orphan Children of Saiya Home Trust in Jhelum. Chief guest Lions Dr. Khalid Mehmood (RC), Guest of honour Dr. Zaheer Ahmed (ZC), co-organiser Lion Jabran Javed (PPLC) and event chairperson lioness Rabbia Jabran arranged dinner party and sat down with them to have happy dinner. Dr. Khalid Mehmood (RC) donated 10,000/- to Syed Taqi Shah Manager Saiya Home Trust for orphan children. The children were delighted with this lion activity. At the end appreciation certificate distributed to the participant.

Distribute Pair of Shoes & Sweater 

Jhelum Public Lions Club arranged to distribute 50 Pair of Shoes and 50 Sweater in Govt. Primary School Dina. Chief Guest Lion Arshid Mehmood VDG1 (MJF) distributed the Gift pack and decor lapel Pins to the students & teaching staff and especially brief lions’ services on earthquake victims. He praised the club president Lion Jabran Javed and event chairperson lioness Rabia Jabra’s services for this activity.

Food For Hunger 

jhelum chember announced donation Rs. 5000/ per month for the school.on regular basis.
Rs.5000/ donated by the Worthy PDG Raja Wajid and Dr Naheed Kausar member Elect JCC &I offered next Lunch arrangement for the students... Very emotional speeches delivered which encourged students and teachers staff to acknowledge their services

PUBLIC LIONS CLUB ARRANGED ONE DAY FREE MEGA MEDICAL &EYE CAMP FACILITATE 1550 PATIENTS ,Including 1000 students of Govt school.

Free Medical Eye Screening Camps

Club organizes Free Medical Eye Screening Camps in all areas of Jhelum where people can’t even afford their routine check-up. Free Medicines are also provided to the patients.

Al-Shifa eye Specialist does check-up of patients and many Cataract cases are found and Cataract Surgeries are performed free of cost.

Distributed Free Uniform & Gifts to School Child

A very decent ceremony was organised at Govt High School Sohawa where distributed Free Uniform & gifts among needy students. It was held possible only due to the extra ordinary efforts of Dr. Zaheer Ahmed president of Jhelum public lion club with Lion Arshid Mehmood Lal Din (VDG) and Lion Ishaq Dar (IPDG)
