Dear Lion Members,
Region Kohsar's Global Leadership Team(GLT) is organizing a Regional Training Workshop(RTW) 2017 on Oct, 15th 2017(Sunday) from 10:00-15:00Hours at Multipurpose Hall, Islamabad Club.
This event will be organized with the principals of Leadership Development Program of Lions Club International(LCI) to develop leadership skills among the volunteers/members as well as club office bearers of our Region under the guidance of GLT Area Leader & PID Madam Nilofer Bakhtiar and senior faculty from Pakistan to become the future leadership of Lionism.
You as a member of Region Kohsar, District 305-N2 is cordially invited to register yourself for the workshop as soon as possible as seats are quiet limited and participants will be registered on first come first serve basis.
Trainings and their Objectives:
Members Orientation:
- To take general overview of Lionism i.e. History, Mission, Vision, Purposes, Code of Ethics, International Resources
- To learn its hierarchical structure
- To learn the importance of its Badges and Emblems
- Benefits of a being a Lion member
Club Office Bearers Training:
- Provide a focused and flexible approach to club officer development.
- Increase collaboration and communication between the incoming club officers, outgoing club officers, zone chairpersons and GLT-D coordinators.
- Provide the opportunity for a collaborative environment that fosters an ongoing dialogue for club officers to share/exchange ideas.
- Promote the LCI resources available for position training, leadership development and club administration.

Payment Instruction: As noted in the workshop application, a non-refundable participation fee for Early Birds (Registrations till 8th Oct 2017) is PKR 1000 and for Late Comers (means registration after 8th Oct) is PKR 1500 is required to offset a portion of meals and stationary expenses for all workshops.
