Felix Akinnuoye is an accomplished Chartered accountant of high repute with 40 years cumulative experience in Insurance, Manufacturing, trading, construction and consulting. FC (as he is fondlycalled by his colleagues and friends) is an honest, principled, and dedicated team player that has passion for achieving set goals in various roles including; Treasury, Finance, Compliance, Audit, and Human Capital Management. By the dint of hard work, integrity and the favour of God, he rose to the position of Deputy General Manager at First Bank of Nigeria (FBN) Insurance Brokers. Felix Dejo Akinnuoye was born in Oke Odunwo area of Ondo Town to Late Pa Tiamiyu Akinnuoye of Balogun Dodondawa descendants and late Mrs. Comfort Akinnuoye. He is the third of ten siblings.
ACADEMIC & PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION
He attended Saint Philomena Primary School, Tekuile, Ondo, where heobtained his Primary School Leaving Certificate, and Saint Joseph’s College, Ondo where he obtained his West African School Certificate. On the completion of his secondary education, he was admitted to The Polytechnic Ibadan, and obtained the Ordinary National Diploma (OND)
Accountancy. He later proceeded to Yaba College of Technology, Lagos and obtained his HND in Accountancy. Driven by the passion for academic and professional excellence, Felix sat for the professional examination 1 of The Institute of Chartered Accountant (ICAN) in May 1998 and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in November of the same year (an achievement that was rare at the time). ICAN conferred the Fellowship Status (FCA) on him in 2010. He also became an Associate Member of The Chartered Institute of Taxation (ACTI) in year 2004 and was elevated to Fellow of the Institute (FCTI) in year 2013.
CAREER HISTORY
He started his Career in NICON Insurance Corporation (A composite Insurance Company wholly owned by the Federal Government of Nigeria) as an Accounting Assistant in 1987 and rose to the position of Accountant before he left in 1995. He joined City Union Insurance Company in 1996 as an Assistant Manager (Finance & Accounts) and rose to the position of Controller Finance & Administration in the year 1999 when he resigned his appointment.
Due to his urge to acquire more practical knowledge in other Auditing, He joined Jagal Group of Companies as a Group senior Internal Auditor in 1999 where he was responsible for the preparation, execution and defense of audit programs and report at management and Board levels. The role broadened his expertise on the internal operations of various sectors of construction, manufacturing, trading and other businesses within the Group.
Thereafter, he moved to Newline Insurance Company in 2002 as the Financial Controller, and worked meritoriously till 2006 when he resigned his appointment for a greener pasture. After his exit, Newline Insurance company later merged with Sterling Insurance company. In 2006, First Bank of Nigeria (FBN) invited 15 Chartered Accountants for interview in which Felix came first and was employed by the Bank as Financial Controller. He resumed work at First Bank of Nigeria (FBN) Insurance Brokers (A subsidiary of First Bank), as Head, Finance & Administration, where he oversaw the activities of Finance & Accounts, Human resources & Administration, Compliance & Internal Audit sections. Due to the geometric growth of the company, three substantive departments were created out of his department, and he was rewarded with the position of Chief Financial Officer of the company.
In year 2015, he was redeployed to Ibadan office as head of the Western Region of the company to oversee the company’s activities in Nine (9) states of the federation namely Oyo, Ogun, Ondo, Ekiti, Osun, Kwara, Kogi, Edo, and Delta states. During this period of his leadership, the Region recorded consistent growth in revenue and profitability. His excellent performance at the regional office led to his elevation to the position of Deputy General Manager in 2016, a position he held until December, 2017 when he retired from the company to run his own company, Prime Global Consult, a consultancy company that specializes in providing financial services including tax, training and recovery of excess bank charges.

Lion Olajide R. Ogunsola, NLCF, is a distinguished servant-leader whose life reflects dedication, excellence, and an unwavering commitment to humanitarian service.
Born in the early 1990s in Sagamu, Ogun State, to Alhaji and Mrs. A. S. Ogunsola, Lion Olajide is a proud graduate of Animal Science from Olabisi Onabanjo University and a certified Graduate Animal Scientist with the National Institute of Animal Scientists (NIAS). His academic grounding speaks to discipline and intellectual depth; qualities that continue to define his leadership journey.
His commitment to service began in 2012 as a devoted member of the OOU Ayetoro Leo Club during his undergraduate days. With passion and vision, he rose to become the Charter President of the Platinum Leo Club in 2018. He served with distinction in several capacities, including Leo District Chief of Protocol (2019/2020), and established himself as a dynamic facilitator at Leo forums both within and outside Nigeria.
In a historic milestone, he was appointed to the topmost leadership cadre of the Leo Program by the International Board of Directors of Lions International to serve as Leo Advisory Panelist for Constitutional Area 8 (Africa) during the 2020/2021 service year, serving meritoriously for two consecutive years. At such, he became the first Nigerian Leo to occupy that prestigious international office, a groundbreaking achievement that brought pride to Lionism in Nigeria.
Lion Olajide has consistently demonstrated commitment not only in leadership but also in participation. He has duly registered and actively participated in several District and Multiple District Conventions, contributing meaningfully to deliberations, networking engagements, policy development, and the strengthening of Lionism at all levels.
Following his induction into Isheri Platinum Lions Club in 2021 as the first Leo-Lion from the youth arm of the club, he transitioned seamlessly into the Lion fold, continuing his legacy of impact. He has served faithfully as two term Club Secretary, Marketing & Communications Chairperson, Club Treasurer, Region Secretary, currently as First Vice Club President and Leo Advisor.
At the district level, Lion Olajide has been entrusted with numerous strategic responsibilities. He has served as Personal Assistant to the District Governor (2021/2022), Special Assistant to the Pioneer District Governor of District 404B3 Nigeria (2023/2024), and Personal Assistant/Deputy Chief of Protocol to successive District Governors. In addition, he has actively served as a member of various district committees, where his insight, dedication, and collaborative spirit have contributed significantly to district growth and administrative excellence. In every assignment, he has exemplified loyalty, professionalism, and an uncommon commitment to service.
A graduate of the Regional Lions Leadership Institute (RLLI 2023), Abuja, he represents the true essence of leadership development, mentorship, and institutional continuity.
His outstanding contributions have earned him numerous accolades at club, district, and international levels, including the Leo Award of Honor (Best Leo of the Year 2017/2018), DP Appreciation Awards (20217 – 2021), Top 5 Leo (2017-2021), Leo Advisory Panel Appreciation Award (2022), International President Appreciation Certificate (2022/2023), DG Pillar of Support Award (2022/2023), District Meritorious Service Award (2023/2024, 2024/2025), DG Appreciaiton Medal (2024/2025) amidst many other recognitions. At the conclusion of the 2023/2024 service year, he was bestowed with the prestigious Lion of the Year Award, a recognition that underscores his extraordinary impact and steadfast dedication to the ideals of Lionism, and perhaps the youngest to be bestowed with such honor in the district.
He is a proud Two-Star Fellow of the Nigerian Lions Charity Foundation (NLCF) and currently a rising donor to LCIF, reflecting both his commitment to humanitarian service and his spirit of generosity.
Beyond his humanitarian engagements, Lion Olajide is the CEO and Creative Director of Rawcekid Creations, a reputable Lagos-based branding and printing firm where innovation, excellence, and leadership define his professional endeavors.

Olasunkanmi Olaniyi Ajayi was born in Lagos, Nigeria, and hails from Ilesa in Osun State. He is a graduate of History and International Studies from Lagos State University, where he developed a strong understanding of global affairs, leadership, and societal development.
A devoted husband and proud father of four, Olasunkanmi is deeply rooted in family values and community responsibility. He is the Chief Executive Officer of Lasam Energies Limited, where he provides strategic leadership and drives innovation within the energy sector.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, Olasunkanmi is passionately committed to humanitarian service. As a proud member of Lions Clubs International, he firmly believes in the power of compassion, generosity, and collective action. He actively supports initiatives focused on feeding the hungry, educating the younger generation, and uplifting underserved communities.

Lion Abayomi Samuel Odedeyi is a dynamic sports promoter, humanitarian, and community leader committed to youth development and service to humanity. He is the Founder of Brave Talent Hunters Ventures, a duly registered business with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), dedicated to discovering, nurturing, and promoting football talents, providing young athletes with opportunities to excel professionally.
An indigene of Kuta-Owu Town in Aiyedire Local Government Area of Osun State, Lion Abayomi is a proud son of the soil with deep cultural roots. He holds a degree in International Relations and Conflict Resolution from Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU), Ile-Ife, Osun State. His academic background has equipped him with valuable skills in diplomacy, leadership, and peacebuilding—qualities he applies effectively in both his professional and humanitarian engagements.
A devoted family man, he is happily married to Mrs. Esther Siweku Odedeyi, a native of Agbor in Delta State. Their union is blessed with two lovely daughters and a son, forming a strong and supportive family foundation.
Beyond his professional career, Lion Abayomi is passionate about humanitarian service. He is an active member of the Isheri Platinum Lions Club, an affiliate of Lions Clubs International, the world’s largest service organization. In the 2025/2026 Lions Service Year, he proudly serves as the Third Vice President of his club, contributing to leadership, community service initiatives, and impactful outreach programs.
